Seadragon is led by Caroline Phillips, whose media, marketing and brand management experience spans some seventeen years.
Through Caroline’s own experience as a company director in industry sectors that include renewable energy, entertainment and property investment, she recognised that there was a need for branding, marketing and communication decisions to be discussed as an integral part of the business at board level.

Caroline Phillips Founder & Managing Director
Caroline began her career as a journalist at the BBC after graduating from the University of Kent in 1993. Since then, she has produced extensive published work as a writer, broadcaster, editor and producer for TV, film, radio and the press. For the last seven years, Caroline has concentrated on building a number of businesses at Board Level as their Managing or Marketing Director. Through the creation and delivery of integrated branding, marketing and PR strategies, Caroline has promoted companies nationally and internationally, identifying commercial opportunities, building brand reputation, and generating new business. This extensive experience in the media industry and international business has enabled Caroline to understand the mechanics of business promotion from both inside and outside the media. As a journalist by trade, she knows what will make headlines and interest consumers. As a company director, she knows what will sell and how to build a brand’s value.
